We've used this AAMCO dealer several times in the last 5 years for one of our older vehicles both for transmission issues and other auto servicing. When I call with a concern their knowledgeable and friendly Service Advisor, Jennifer, allocates time to document mechanical symptoms and facilitates appointment scheduling. Management team likewise listens to their customers, advises but does not pressure you to choose their services. It is unlike some large dealerships to which you are just a number to be served and who deliver a "take it or leave it" repair solution. (AAMCO also offers numerous financing options for those who need it.)
